If your package is lost in transit, we'll cover the cost of a replacement

Note: Since items are made on-demand, we cannot resell returned items, so we generally send replacements instead of refunds
Shipping Costs

For our errors (damaged, misprinted, wrong item): We cover all shipping costs for replacements

For customer-initiated returns (size exchange, color change): Customer pays for new item and shipping

For returned/undelivered packages: If a package is returned due to incorrect address or unclaimed delivery, reshipping charges will apply
