Our Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with NorthBallerSwag! Since all our products are made on-demand, please review our return policy carefully before ordering.

What We Accept

 Damaged or Misprinted Items

  • We accept claims for damaged, defective, or misprinted items

  • Submit your claim within 30 days of receiving your order

  • Contact us at: northballermusic@gmail.com with:

    • Your order number

    • Clear photos of the damaged/misprinted item

    • Brief description of the issue

  • We'll review and send you a free replacement at no cost

 Wrong Item Shipped

  • If you received the wrong item (different product, color, or size than ordered due to our error)

  • Contact us within 7 days with photos and your order number

  • We'll send a replacement or issue a refund

 Lost in Shipping

  • If your package is lost in transit, we'll cover the cost of a replacement

  • Submit a claim within 30 days after the estimated delivery date

  • We may ask you to confirm the shipping address was correct

What We Don't Accept

 Buyer's Remorse

  • We do not accept returns for items you simply don't want anymore

  • No refunds for "I changed my mind" or "I don't like it" purchases

 Size or Color Exchanges

  • We do not offer size or color exchanges

  • Since products are made to order, exchanges would require producing a new item at your expense

  • Before ordering: Check our sizing charts (available in each product description) to find your perfect fit

 Unused Returns After 30 Days

  • Claims submitted after 30 days from delivery will not be accepted


How to Initiate a Return/Claim

  1. Contact us immediately at northballermusic@gmail.com

  2. Include your order number

  3. Attach clear photos showing the issue

  4. We'll respond within 2-3 business days with next steps


Refund Information

  • Refunds are only issued for damaged, misprinted, or wrong items we're responsible for

  • If approved, refunds will be sent to the original payment method

  • Refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days

  • Note: Since items are made on-demand, we cannot resell returned items, so we generally send replacements instead of refunds


Shipping Costs

  • For our errors (damaged, misprinted, wrong item): We cover all shipping costs for replacements

  • For customer-initiated returns (size exchange, color change): Customer pays for new item and shipping

  • For returned/undelivered packages: If a package is returned due to incorrect address or unclaimed delivery, reshipping charges will apply
